Refund Policy

We accept returns of sealed, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, email support@buygamesforhumans.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Returns must be approved before they are sent back. We will provide return instructions after your request is approved.

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos when applicable. We will work with you on a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used games, trading cards, card supplies, or other hobby products are not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed defect or fulfillment error.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after issuance depends on your bank or payment provider.
